Request for Proposal - Receipt Paper for the Traffic Enforcement Centre Unit of MOWT


Tenders are invited for the Supply and Delivery of Poly Pro 4000D 3.8 mil Receipt Paper for the Traffic Enforcement Centre Unit, Ministry of Works and Transport.

Please note a pre-tender meeting is set for August 24th, 2020 via video conference. You are kindly required to forward an email to tecu-admin@mowt.gov.tt requesting authentication for the video conference meeting room.
Tenders must be accompanied with the following:

Valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date of the Tender.

A Valid Compliance Certificate issued in accordance with the National Insurance Board Act.

Sealed tenders comprising one ORIGINAL and four (4) DUPLICATES will be received no later than 1:00p.m. on Tuesday September 1st, 2020. Envelopes must be addressed to the Chairman, Permanent Secretary Tenders Committee, Procurement Unit, Level 1, Corner Richmond and London Streets, Port of Spain and clearly marked on the outside:-

Tenders must be deposited in the White Tender Box #1, located at the Ministry of Works and Transport, Procurement Unit, Level I, Corner Richmond and London Streets, Port of Spain.

Tenderers should note that the dimension of the SLOT of the Tender Box is 40.0cm x 6.5cm and as such, tenders should be packaged accordingly.

Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter. With regard to COVID 19 Pandemic and the guidelines for social distancing there will be no public opening of tenders. Tenderers are advised the opening of tenders will be conducted via ZOOM whereby you will be forwarded a link in order to connect and view the tender opening.
Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances.

The Permanent Secretary Tenders Committee does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves the right to cancel this invitation in its entirety and re-invite tenders at any time.
