TEMPORARY TRAFFIC DISRUPTION

INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SAFETY DEVICES

ALONG BEETHAM HIGHWAY


The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure wishes to advise the general public that on Sunday May 31st, 2015 there will be a temporary disruption in traffic along the Beetham Highway (between the Diego Martin Maxi Taxi Stand and Abattoir Road-Eastbound Lane).

These works will commence between the hours of 7am and 5pm. This is necessary in order to facilitate the Installation of Traffic Safety Devices along the highway.


In light of the above, motorists are advised to comply with the following:-
  •  Please proceed with caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
  •  Please comply with instructions from Police Officers on site to facilitate the safe flow of traffic in an orderly manner.
  •  Please be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the site.
  •  Motorists should drive at a reduced speed on approaching the work zone.
