MADE BY THE MINISTER UNDER SECTION 65
OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES AND ROAD TRAFFIC ACT
THE TRAFFIC CONTROL (JAMAICA BOULEVARD, PORT-OF-SPAIN) ORDER, 2016
Citation 1. This Order may be cited as the Traffic Control (Jamaica Boulevard, Port-of-Spain) Order, 2016.
2. This Order shall come into operation at 6.00 a.m. on Monday, 28th November, 2016.
3. A person driving a motor vehicle shall not park:
(i) on the eastern side of Jamaica Boulevard, between St. Vincent Avenue and Jamaica Boulevard; and
(ii) along the roundabout at the southern end of Jamaica Boulevard.

4. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Order is liable on summary conviction for a first offence to a fine of seven hundred and fifty dollars and on any subsequent conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.
5. Without prejudice to any other liability incurred by the commission of a summary offence, vehicles found parking in contravention of this Order, may be removed by the Police and impounded and dealt with in accordance with section 108(1)(b) of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act.
