LEGAL NOTICE THE MOTOR VEHICLES AND ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, CHAP. 48:50 ORDER Made by the Commissioner of Police with the consent of the Minister of Works and Transport under section 65 of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act THE TRAFFIC CONTROL (COLLEGE ROAD, ST.AUGUSTINE) ORDER, 2019 1. This Order may be cited as the Traffic Control (College Road, St. Augustine) Order, 2019. 2. This Order shall commence on Monday 23rd September, 2019. 3. A person driving a motor vehicle shall not park on College Road, from its intersection with the Churchill Roosevelt Highway to a point one hundred and fifty metres south of the said intersection. 4. Any person who contravenes this Order commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for three months. 5. Without prejudice to any other liability incurred by the commission of a summary offence, vehicles found parked in contravention of this Order, may be removed by the police and impounded and dealt with in accordance with section 108(1)(b) of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act.
