Notice is hereby given that it appears to the President that the parcels of land described in the Schedule and situate between the Diego Martin Highway southbound carriageway from Western Main Road to north of Acton Court and from Diego Martin Main Road from Western Main Road to Victoria Gardens, in the ward of Diego Martin in the County of St. George, are lands likely to be needed for a purpose, which in the opinion of the President is a public purpose: improvement to the Diego Martin Access.

SCHEDULE

Twenty-one parcels of land together comprising approximately 3,592.9 square metres situate between the Diego Martin Highway southbound carriageway from Western Main Road to north of Acton Court and from Diego Martin Main Road from Western Main Road to Victoria Gardens, in the ward of Diego Martin in the County of St. George and further described as follows:

(a) 130.9 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 1, Jurawan Trace and said to belong to Eunice and Garret Anderson;

(b) 73.8 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 10, Jurawan Trace and said to belong to Jeffers Charles;

(c) 117.8 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 14, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin and said to belong to Richard Harford;

(d) 115.7 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 15, Morne Coco Road Diego Martin and said to belong now or formerly to the heirs of J.D. Drice now D.H. Sinanan;

(e) 92.0 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 16, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin and said to belong to William P. Drice;

(f) 42.7 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 17, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin and said to belong to Patricia Salandy;

(g) 21.4 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 13, Wilson Road, Diego Martin and said to belong to Desmond Hernandez;

(h) 85.6 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 14, Diego Martin and said to belong to K. Jaleel;

(i) 216.5 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 9, Wilson Road, Diego Martin and said to belong now or formerly to Mrs. Paul;

(j) 280.0 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 4, Diego Martin Main Road and said to belong now or formerly to Dennis, Helen, Gregory and David Kurbanali;

(k) 167.3 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 3, Diego Martin Main Road and said to belong now or formerly to N.F. Fonrose and Normer Hettrier;

(l) 168.2 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 5, Diego Martin main Road and said to belong now or formerly to Aboud;

(m) 37.7 square metres more or less situate at Lot No. 7G, Corner of Morne Coco Road (Eastern Side);

(n) 1013 square metres more or less situate at Light Pole No. 41, Morne Coco road (Western Side) and said to belong now or formerly to Catherine K.. Gittens;

(o) 86.3 square metres more or less situate at No. 9, Franklin Rd, Diego Martin;

(p) 222.9 square metres situate at Lot No. 14P, Corner Cuthbert Road and Diego Martin Highway;

(q) 424.9 square metres situate at Lot No. 16R, EP No. 21E, Diego Martin Road and said to belong now or formerly to E. Fortune;

(r) 211.3 square metres situate at Lot 18T 36, Wilson Street, Diego Martin ;

(s) 60.6 square metres situate at Lot 21W, Corner Diego Martin Highway and Old Diego Martin Main Road, said to belong now or formerly to I. & B. Shurland;

(t) 10.8 square metres situate at Lot No. 15Q EP No. 22E, 43-44, Diego Martin Road and said to belong now or formerly to Rosa Carey (Emile Elias); and

(u) 13.5 square metres situate at Lot 9J, Four Roads, Diego Martin and said to belong now or formerly to Trinidad and Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited.
