ORDER
Made by the Minister under section 65 of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act
THE TRAFFIC CONTROL (TUNAPUNA) ORDER, 2011
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Traffic Control (Tunapuna) Order, 2011.
One-way traffic2. Motorists shall proceed in-
(a) a northerly direction on Maraj Street, between the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway and Sawmill Road;
(b) a southerly direction on Centenary Street, between the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway and Ali Street;
(c) a westerly direction on the Eastern Main Road, between Freeling Street and Auzonville Road, between the hours of 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. Monday to Friday except on public holidays;
(d) a northerly direction on El Dorado Road, between Karamath Street and College Road, between the hours of 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday except on public holidays;
(e) a southerly direction on Pasea Main Road, between the Eastern Main Road and the Priority Bus Route, between the hours of 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. Monday to Friday except on public holidays;
(f) a northerly direction on Freeling Street, between the Eastern Main Road and Sherrif Street; and
(g) a southerly direction on Morton Street, between the Sherrif Street and the Eastern Main Road.
No right turn3. Motorists proceeding west on Gangadeen Trace shall not turn right at its intersection with Centenary Street.
Offence and penalty4. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Order is liable to a fine of three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for three months on summary conviction.
