Safety Inspection - Commercial Vessels


The Maritime Services Division acts as the implementation, monitoring and compliance authority for the State's obligations regarding legally binding maritime guidelines to which Trinidad and Tobago has committed to honour. It also administers national shipping and boating laws.

In order to comply with the law, commercial boat owners are required to contact the Maritime Services Division to obtain the rules and regulations:
