Upgrade of the Moruga Road has been of National interest. The Programme for Upgrading Roads Efficiency (P.U.R.E) Unit is on the ground and continues to execute slope stabilization and associated road repair works in the Moruga community.
Here is an update on recent works on the Moruga Road Chainage 16 + 150.
This particular project commenced on the 10th August 2022 and involves the construction of 42 meters of retaining wall on piles, inclusive of concrete and drainage works.
