There are one hundred and fifty five (155) New Jersey Safety Type Barriers on Highway Medians throughout Trinidad that are managed by the Traffic Management Branch.
The objective of this project is to prevent vehicles from crossing over the centre medians of highways and coming into the path of on-coming traffic keeping them on their side of the highway.
