APPLICATION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY PARKING PERMIT(S)
Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic (Persons with Disability Parking Permit) Regulations, 2024
Persons or Organisations wishing to apply for a Disability Parking Permit must complete and submit an application form, with their relevant supporting documents, as indicated in the forms attached below.
Application forms are to be placed in a sealed envelope, addressed and delivered to the:
