Masters of vessels are hereby notified that the rig JOE DOUGLAS will be towed by tugs GH PATHFINDER and BOURBON ORCA from the Ginger Open Water location via north along the east coast then west along the north coast into the Chaguaramas Basin during the period 18th to 23rd November 2019.
The way point positions are as followed:

3) Lat 10 - 47.05 N 4) Lat 10 - 56.60 N
