REGULATIONS
Made by the Commissioner of Police with the consent of the Minister of Works and
Transport under section 67(1) of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act
THE TRAFFIC CONTROL (EXPERIMENTAL SCHEME) (FELICITY) REGULATIONS, 2010
CitationThese Regulations may be cited as the Traffic Control (Experimental Scheme) (Felicity) Regulations, 2010.
Duration 2. These Regulations shall have effect from Monday 13th December, 2010 to Saturday 12th March, 2011.
One-way traffic 3. Motorist shall proceed in an easterly direction along Pierre Road, Felicity, between Caroni Savannah Road and John Peter’s Extension.
No right turn 4. Motorists, who exit the gas station at the corner of Pierre Road and Caroni Savannah Road, shall turn left to proceed in an easterly direction onto Pierre Road but shall not turn right onto Pierre Road.
No entry 5. Motorists proceeding in a northerly direction along John Peter’s Extension shall not continue to do so after Assarraf Road in order to enter the Highway from John Peter’s Extension between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays.
Offence and penalty 6. Any person who contravenes these Regulations is liable on summary conviction for a first offence to a fine of seven hundred and fifty dollars and on any subsequent conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars
