Strategic Plan
The foundation upon which the Ministry of Works and Transport will continue its mandate to serve the nation is laid out in the Strategic Plan 2019-2024.
This guiding policy is closely aligned to the central Government’s developmental goals which support the organization’s mission to improve the quality of life in a world that increasingly demands more reliant infrastructure and efficient modes of transportation.

VISION
An efficient, effective, innovative, client-oriented organization geared toward the provision of safe, high-quality infrastructure and an integrated transportation system that meet the needs of Trinidad and Tobago.
