Masters of vessels are hereby notified that jack-up drilling rig RALPH COFFMAN will be towed by  vessels GH Pathfinder and GH Enterprise  from the Mento-1 Open Water location Block  at position:
 
            Lat         10 - 13.45 N                                    
Long    060 - 37.86 W
 
To the Oilbird Platform within the South East Coast Consortium (SECC) at position      
                       
             Lat      10-05.14N
             Long 060-35.47 W
                                   
Towing will be conducted during the period 15^h to 29^th February 2020 and the rig will subsequently remain at the location for the next Sixty (60) days thereafter.
                       
A wide berth and extreme caution is advised.
