Mariners are hereby notified that the Fourth Biannual Pan American Dragon Boat Racing Championship will be held from 22nd to 24th March 2019 at Pigeon Point, Tobago, centered at position:Lat 11 - 10.22 NLong 060 - 50.18 WThe course is 600m by 70m marked with 35m diameter buoys, red at the extremities and white atthe midpoints.Safety vessels in attendance are: (a) Just Excellent; and (b) Two (2) White CatamaransA wide berth and extreme caution is advised.
