RALPH COFFMAN will be offloaded from the Heavy Lift Vessel FORTE in the Chaguaramas area at position:

Long 061 - 37.87 W
The exercise will be conducted from 14
The rig will be at the position for a period of seven (7) days thereafter.
A wide berth and extreme caution is advised.
