been restored to normal at the following:

Channel Marker 1 (Green Pillar shape buoy) Flashing-Twice-Green-Every 7.5 seconds.
Visible for up to Three Nautical Miles ( FL (2) G 7.5s 3NM ) is Lit at position:

Lat. 10 - 37.74 N
Long 061 - 31.87 W

Channel Marker 2 (Red Pillar shape buoy)) Very Quick-Nine White Flashes-Every 10
seconds. Visible for up to Three Nautical Miles (VQ (9) 10s 3NM) is Lit at position:

Lat. 10 - 37.70 N
Long 061 - 31.85 W

Channel Marker 3 (Green Cylindrical shape buoy) Quick-Green-Flash. Visible for up to
Three Nautical Miles Q G 3NM is Lit at position:

Lat. 10 - 37.87 N
Long 061 - 31.54 W

Channel Marker 4 (Red Conical shape buoy) Quick-Red-Flash. Visible for up to Three
Nautical Miles (Q R 3NM) is Lit at position:
