The Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) wishes to advise the general public that approximately 90 meters of the slow lane along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (westbound) between the Savannah Drive and Orange Grove intersection is temporarily closed.
The closure of this lane is necessary due to incomplete road works as result of heavy rains experienced throughout the night. At this time, two lanes of the Highway between the Savannah Drive and Orange Grove intersection will remain open to motorists and the commuting public and the slow lane will be CLOSED to vehicular traffic until remedial works are completed.
Motorists are expected to experience a delay in travel time and should proceed with caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
