APPOINTMENTS: AMENDMENTS TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Effective October 3rd, 2022, appointments will be required to facilitate amendments to the Motor Vehicle Registration.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE CHASSIS NUMBER
The Registered Owner shall present:
a. The completed Notification of Change form
b. Photographic evidence together with a letter to the Assistant Transport Commissioner Technical who furnishes a report to the Automotive Transport Officer
c. Based on the said Report, the Automotive Transport Officer approves for payment to the cashier and issues CLO, LOS or LO TC to re-stamp. The fee is $35.00
