Update on Priority Bus Route Usage

The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise that authorization has been granted to ONLY LIGHT MOTOR VEHICLES to use the Priority Bus Route (PBR) from Morvant Junction to Vierra Street, Port of Spain, until 1:00pm TODAY (Saturday 18th February, 2017).

Motorists proceeding West on the Churchill Roosevelt Highway are advised to use the NP Overpass or Flyover to access the Lady Young Road, if their final destination is West of the Lighthouse.

The Ministry wishes to advise that the depression in the roadway by the Lighthouse has been repaired; however the extension of the use of the Priority Bus Route between Morvant Junction and Vierra Street, Port of Spain is necessary to facilitate repaving works.
