Closure of Bridge B 1/6, Endeavour

The Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) wishes to advise the general public that there will be a temporary closure of Bridge B 1/6 Endeavour, Jerningham Railway Road (See map below) for a two (2) week period, commencing Monday October 4th, 2021.

This closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of a modular bridge at this location to provide temporary access, with an aim to reconstruct the Bridge at a later date. Alternative routes are available.

Motorists are advised to:

• Proceed with extreme caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.

• Be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the work zone.
