The Ministry of Works and Transport (MOWT) wishes to advise the general public that there will be a temporary traffic disruption along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway, median, in the vicinity of Prince Charles Avenue, Valsayn, effective from Friday 31st March 2023 at 8:00 pm to Sunday 2nd April 2023, 7:00 pm.
This is necessary in order to conduct drainage repair works. During this period, there would partial lane closure of the right lane Westbound and right lane Eastbound, on either side of the median between Superpharm and the Valsayn Walkover, within the work zone. Other lanes of traffic will be open to the public (refer to the map attached).
The public is therefore advised to comply with the following directions:
- Proceed with extreme caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
- Comply with instructions issued by Police Officers, Traffic Wardens or Flag persons, where necessary, in order to facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
- Be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the work site.
