The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the general public that there will be a temporary disruption of traffic and brief periods of traffic stoppage at the Southern Main Road, Claxton Bay 40.0 km mark. This is necessary in order to facilitate Road Rehabilitation and Drainage Works.
The works will be conducted from Wednesday 10th November 2021 - Wednesday 24th November 2021 between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
Motorists are advised to:

Proceed with extreme caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.

Follow instructions from Police Officers on-site to facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic.

Be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the work zone.
