The Supply and Delivery of Raw Materials to generate Priority Bus Route Passes
Tenders are invited for the Supply of Raw Material to generate Priority Bus Route (PBR) Passes for the Ministry of Works and Transport.

Please note a pre-tender meeting is set for 10:00 AM on January 13th, 2021 via video conference. You are kindly required to forward an email to procurement@mowt.gov.tt requesting authentication for the video conference meeting.
Tenders must be accompanied with the following:

Valid Income Tax and Value Added Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date of the Tender.

A Valid Compliance Certificate issued in accordance with the National Insurance Board Act.
Sealed tenders comprising one (1) ORIGINAL and one(1) DUPLICATE will be received no later than 1:00pm on Thursday 21st January 2021. Envelopes must be deposited in the White Tender Box # 1 located on the Ground Floor of the Ministry of Works and Transport, Head Office Building, Corner Richmond and London Streets, Port of Spain and clearly marked on
the outside:
“TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIAL TO GENERATE
PRIORITY BUS ROUTE (PBR) PASSES”
FOR THE MINISTRY OF WORKS AND TRANSPORT
Tenderers should note that the dimension of the SLOT of the Tender Box is 40.0cm x 6.5cm and as such, tenders should be packaged accordingly.
Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter. With regards to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the guidelines for social distancing there will be no public opening of tenders. Opening of tenders will be conducted via ZOOM, a request for the link to login and view should be sent via email to procurement@mowt.gov.tt
Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances.
The Permanent Secretary Tenders Committee does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves the right to cancel the tendering process in its entirety.
