Closure of Arima licensing Office on 31st March to 4th April 2022

The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the general public that the Arima Licensing Office will be closed from Thursday 31st March, 2022 to Monday 04th April, 2022

Regrettably, during this period of closure, all previously scheduled appointments have been deferred to June 01st – 03rd 2022.

Persons with confirmed appointments at the Arima Licensing Office during the above stated period will be accommodated on the following dates:

 To complete a transaction, an individual MUST provide proof of their scheduled appointment at the Arima Licensing Office during the period of closure. Rescheduled appointments will be based on previously allocated times.

Additionally, persons are reminded that a proof of address (utility bill no older than three months) is required to complete a licensing transaction. The accepted forms of proof of address include a cable bill, home internet bill, electricity bill (T&TEC), OR water bill (WASA). If a customer does not have a utility bill in their name, he or she is required to produce a letter of authorization from the owner and a copy of their national identification.
