The Ministry of Works and Transport wishes to advise the general public that the St. James Licensing Office will be closed from Tuesday 30th November 2021 to Friday 03rd December 2021.
Regrettably, all scheduled appointments and transactions during this period have been rescheduled. The Licensing Mobile Bus located at Southern Main Road Caroni (Licensing Head Office) will be utilised from Monday 06th December to Friday 10th December 2021 to facilitate all cancelled appointments from the St. James Office ONLY in accordance with the above new schedule (Tuesday 30th November 2021 to Friday 03rd December 2021).
Persons with appointments at the St. James Office during this period of closure are to be guided by the following schedule:

To complete a transaction, an individual must provide proof of their previously scheduled appointment for the St. James Office during the period of closure. All appointments will be based on the previously allocated times.
Persons are also reminded to walk with a proof of address (a utility bill – no older than 3 months). The accepted forms of Proof of address include a Cable bill, Home internet bill, Electricity bill (T&TEC), OR Water bill (WASA). If you do not have a utility bill in your name, you must provide a letter of authorization from the owner and a copy of their national identification.
