This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open for both Local and International Consultancies.
Prospective Tenderers are required to register in Procurement Depository on the Office of Procurement Regulation website at www.oprtt.org, on or before the closing date of this Proposal, for your bid to be considered.
A Proponent or their designated representative may be present at the opening.
ALL documents outlined in the RFP
MUST be submitted as part of the Proposal Package. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
RFP COLLECTION:
Interested Proponents are required to send an email request to Procurement.Tenders@ptsc.gov.ttin order to be issued the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents. An electronic copy of the complete set of RFP documents will be provided via email fromProcurement.Tenders@ptsc.gov.tt
The request should contain the following information:
- the Proponent’sbusiness name, address, telephone number and email; and
- the name, designation, email address and direct contact number of the Proponent’s designated representative for the purpose of the RFP.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
The deadline for submitting sealed proposals is
13TH FEBRUARY 2025 @ 10:00 AM. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
The PTSC does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Proposal. PTSC reserves the right to award a single contract for the full quantities stated in the Technical Specifications/Scope of Works or to award separate contracts for lesser quantities such as the PTSC sees fit.
PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISITS
The PTSC will host a mandatory Pre-bid Meeting and site visits on the dates and times listed in the table below. It is recommended that persons involved in the preparation of this Proposal submission attend the meeting.
