TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RAW MATERIAL TO GENERATE PRIORITY BUS ROUTE (PBR) PASSES” FOR THE MINISTRY OF WORKS AND TRANSPORT
Tenders are invited for the Supply and Delivery of Raw Material to generate Priority Bus Route (PBR) Passes for the Ministry of Works and Transport. Tender Documents can be obtained by via the Ministry’s website at www.mowt.gov.tt by clicking here.

Please note a pre-tender meeting has been rescheduled to 10AM on Monday 5th December, 2022 at virtually via Microsoft Teams Meeting. You are kindly required to forward an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting authentication for the Microsoft Teams Meeting Link.
Tenders must be accompanied with the following:
i) Valid Value Added Tax and Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificates issued by the Board of Inland Revenue and dated not more than six (6) months prior to the closing date of the Tender.
ii) A Valid Compliance Certificate issued in accordance with the National Insurance Board Act.
Sealed tenders comprising one (1) ORIGINAL and one (1) DUPLICATE will be received no later than 1:00 pm on Friday 13th January, 2022. Envelopes must be deposited in the White Tender Box #1 located in the Ground Floor of the Ministry of Works and Transport, Head Office Building, Corner Richmond and London Streets, Port of Spain and clearly marked on the outside:

Tenderers should note that the dimension of the SLOT of the tender Box is 40.0cm x 6.5cm and as such, tenders should be packaged accordingly. Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter. With regards to the COVID-19 Pandemic there will be no public opening of tenders. Opening of tenders will be conducted via Microsoft Teams Meeting, a request for the link to login and view should be sent via email to email@example.com
Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. The Permanent Secretary Tenders Committee does not bind itself to accept the lowest of any other tender and reserves the right to cancel the tendering process in its entirety.
