LEGAL NOTICE NO 18 - NOTICE OF LAND LIKELY TO BE REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
NOTICE is hereby given that it appears to the President that the parcels of lands described in the
Schedule and situate in the County of St. Andrew and the County of St. George, are lands likely
to be needed for a purpose, which in the opinion of the President, is a public purpose, namely:
for the construction of three bridges under Phase 3A of the Bridges Reconstruction Programme
of the Ministry of Works and Transport.
